Being a part of…group has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Although at first, I was a little hesitant and nervous to be part of a group, I quickly found solace in knowing that I am not alone in my struggles, and I have felt so much love and support from my group members. We celebrate each other's triumphs and provide a safe place for all to feel heard on difficult days. Cady helps guide our conversations in a way that helps us learn to navigate the challenges we experience in day-to-day life. With the help of Cady's gentle guidance and the encouragement of my peers, I have experienced tremendous growth personally. I have learned how to cope with my anxiety and the challenges I face with confidence and I have learned how to push myself to grow while practicing self-care and love. I could not recommend this group or Cady more strongly!

Cady Stanton is a coach who understands the unique challenges of neurodiverse people. I was in her adult group, but she also works with teens, college age students, early career professionals, and parents. I looked for help for years and Cady is the best resource I've found.

She has clear methods backed by research studies. These studies are from science and psychology. She is well connected to great resources, from seminars to employment help. In our group and online forum, we discussed: organization, time management, executive functioning, emotional regulation, conflict management, interpersonal situations at work, building allies, mini disclosures, and much more!

She is a very kind and tactful professional, who can empathize with people of all backgrounds. I was very impressed by her ability to support neurodiverse members of the group that were LBGTQIA+. I really cannot say enough great things about her service. She goes way beyond what other coaches typically do.

My 15 year old younger brother moved in with me from the east coast. I found it challenging to help him find success and finish school. It’s easy to press too hard, or to be protective and too easy. With Cady’s help, we were able to find the right approach and motivate him. Today he is doing great. He finished high school, started college and is working full time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars) I am so grateful to have found Facilitate Joy! Cady is so kind and genuine. She is so understanding and I feel comfortable talking to her as if she is a close friend. Her adult group has been a safe space for me to share what I’m going through and be understood and receive support and advice that I have not been able to get anywhere else. I have learned so much and have found clarity and community thanks to Cady and the adult group at Facilitate Joy!

Cady is the best person we’ve ever had work with our son. She is not only professionally trained…but has an immense amount of personal experience. I give her my highest recommendation.

I have personally seen Ms. Stanton’s rapport and results with special needs teenage children in foster care, and watched her turn a child’s life away from the worst of circumstances. She combines a logical, methodological approach with genuine emotional investment in children in her care. As an attorney, I value her knowledge and ability to persistently advocate for children and families dealing with state agencies.

Cady is extremely dedicated, dependable, caring, and knowledgeable. I have worked with Cady both professionally and in a volunteer capacity with a large homeless program. At work, Cady was known as someone who completed complex projects with competence and efficiency. In her role as a volunteer, Cady showed incredible commitment to developing relationships with our homeless guests and resolving conflicts. Between her professionalism and her amazing intuition and people skills, I can honestly recommend Cady to any family.

Cady and I worked together at the UC Davis MIND Institute (a collaborative institute that studies neurodevelopmental disorders in children and adults)… Cady’s ability to connect with children and adults alike is matched by her enthusiastic, caring personality. Cady’s passion for working with children of all ages and abilities never ceased to amaze me. I recommend Cady with the highest levels of confidence.

Cady’s patience and passion were undeniable while I worked under her guidance at the UC Davis MIND Institute. Not only does she go the extra mile for all the children and families she provides her services to, she also always gives her best to her colleagues. Her caring personality has warmed my heart, especially during personal hard times. Cady has an amazing ability to reach individuals at a special level, she has my highest recommendation without a doubt.
