He draws on lived experience and deep roots in disability advocacy to help clients build lives that actually work for them. His approach is strengths-based and community-centered, with a particular focus on employment, independent living, and self-advocacy for working-class neurodivergent people.

Kat has over a decade of experience supporting the neurodivergent community and brings a trauma-sensitive, queer-friendly, holistic approach to her work. She helps clients of all ages strengthen executive functioning and navigate life transitions. Kat is attending graduate school in Philadelphia to continue advancing research and care for neurodivergent and marginalized communities.

Lee is a trained biologist who got curious about why neurodivergent traits exist in the first place and how we can build lives that actually work with them. They help autistic/ADHD individuals with educational goals, career planning, and learning about their own brains. They also train universities, nonprofits, and government agencies on supporting neurodivergent people in their communities. Lee is a nature lover, world traveler, and founder of the Toronto Neurodivergent Queer Meetup. They bring a compassionate and fun approach to every client relationship, and place great importance on community building.

Citlalli Garcia, LMSW, AC

Citlalli is a bilingual, first-generation Mexican-American social worker who came to this field through lived experience. Growing up as the daughter of immigrants, she saw firsthand the gaps in mental health services for Spanish-speaking communities. She holds a Master of Social Work, an IBCCES Autism Certificate, and a BA in Psychology from UNR. Her background includes supporting students with disabilities in the Washoe County School District and working with neurodivergent individuals on employment pathways at the JUSTin Hope Foundation.

Miranda Kunz, B.S., AC

Miranda got curious about the brain while tutoring kids with dyslexia, earned a Neuroscience degree from UNR, and then recognized her own academic struggles through the lens of ADHD and dyslexia. That personal journey is what drives her work. She helps clients understand their own neurodivergence and build strategies that actually fit their lives. Miranda is also a longtime Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor and brings that same patient, consistent presence to her client relationships.
